I had a fun little impromptu shoot with my youngest daughter Sofia today after winter storm Nemo dumped some fresh snow in our back yard. She put on her girly gear and ran out the door for a quick frolic, throwing and blowing snow around, running up and down a little hill, and pausing to pose for me like a champ. I love these shots of her!

My clients are all unforgettable to me, each for their own reasons. Whitney was the sweet, shy girl who had no idea how pretty she was. Our shoot took place on her neighbor’s property — so private I had to stop and get help from some friendly townspeople to find it. It was breathtaking, and the weather was the loveliest late summer has to offer. Once Whitney loosened up, she posed like a pro and we had a blast. She even jumped in the pond with her clothes on! Her parents gave me the most delicious tomatoes I’ve ever had, straight from their garden — what a treat for my drive home!
